![]() ![]() Also tried "Send all notes off to all MIDI outputs/plug-ins" assigning it to a custom command with stop, but thats not really a solution anyway.Īny ideas or links to other possible threads to try would be great ! Just tested with ReaSynth, same problem! Seems like its anything with sustain. Happens when i write in midi manually on a fresh midi item (insert new midi item) as well. Sometimes the notes stop, other times it keeps on playing after i stopped and i have to change a patch on plugin to stop it. Its random, sometimes it happens after a few minutes, sometimes after 20 minutes. It happens to quantized and unquantized midi. Preferences > Playback > checked all the boxes for resetting midi CC, and tried all combinations Only happens when i use UVI Workstation, Xpand 2 and ReaSynth, other plugins i run are Addictive Keys, Addictive Drums which dont seem to be affected. I have checked ReaControlMidi, all Note On and Note Off are sending perfectly. Midi notes will get stuck and sustain randomly, my temp fix around this is to render it out to audio before it goes wonky, not ideal. Midi Keyboard - M Audio Oxygen 49 - happens when i write in midi with mouse on a clean track, so definitely not the keyboard. Problematic instruments: UVI, Xpand2, ReaSynth !!!! Reaper 6.08 3 April (had this problem in V5 as well and though an update would fix, but not. ![]() This seems to be a common problem.īeen using reaper for 12 years.only really started using Vst instruments in the last few months, but on an older computer at a studio i used omnisphere and other synths on a regular basis with no problems. I do hope someone can suggest a solution, i've read through all of the reaper forums posts/threads about my problem, tried everything i could and no fix! So hence this is my last resort posting.
